You’ve heard of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but have you heard of Giving Tuesday? This is a day of giving back that kicks off the charitable season, and it happens the Tuesday after Thanksgiving every year.
For #GivingTuesday this year, our Youth Advisory Council will buy Christmas presents for 120 local children from low-income families through a program called Christmas Wishes. $35 will fully fund holiday gifts for one child, but donations of any amount will help us reach our goal of $4,350 for all 120 children.
